Notice...Beware of Pirate Housing Companies

It has come to our attention that pirate housing companies have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to convince them to immediately book hotel reservations through their own systems, rather than through IMSA’s official housing block. Booking through pirate housing companies can result in extra costs and high cancellation fees.

Please do not to give your credit card number to anyone who calls you on the phone soliciting your housing reservations.

Housing reservations for the 2010 IMSA Annual Conference are open. To make your hotel reservations, please access the IMSA website at: http://www.imsasafety.org/2010conf/hotel.html or you may call the Intercontinental Hotel directly at: 972.386.6000.

In order to secure the IMSA Preferred room rate, you must make your reservation no later than May 14.
