Index of all FCC Rules and Regulations The eligibility requirements for Public Safety licensees is found under 90.15. A listing of all Public Safety frequencies and their allowable use is found under 90.20. Eligibility: IMSA can provide frequency coordination for licensees or frequencies listed with the following suffixes:
Low Power UHF Narrowband ChannelsThe FCC has approved fourteen (14) UHF Narrowband (12.5 kHz) channel
pairs which will remain as low power (2 watts maximum) channels.
Licensees will have PRIMARY STATUS on these frequencies.
