Performs journey-level maintenance, repair, modification, inspection, and testing of electronic and electrical equipment.

High School diploma and completion of an electrical apprenticeship program supplemented by completion of electronics and trade repair courses AND at least one year journey-level experience working with electrical and electronic devices; repair and maintenance of traffic signal systems and related equipment is preferred.
