This position performs technical work in the installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of street lights, traffic signals, traffic controls, electric and fiber optic telemetry, and various electrical and electronic systems and equipment. 

Minimum qualifications include two (2) years related experience installing and maintaining traffic control devices or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Must possess certification by the IMSA as a Traffic Signal Technician Level I or Level II or the ability to become certified as a Level I Traffic Signal Technician within six (6) months. Must possess State Certified Traffic Control Flagger card or obtain flagger card within six (6) months after hire.

Requires valid Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
