Proposed By-Laws changes
During the 2018 Annual Conference in Orlando, the Council of Delegates and Board of Directors agreed on revisions to the By-Laws of the recently merged IMSA Public Safety Corporation. IMSA members have until January 7th, 2019 to reply with comments on these proposed changes. The proposed By-Laws and an Executive Summary of the changes can be found in the Members Only area. Comments are to be made within the New By-Laws Revisions announcement found in the Member News Community.
Active and Associate Members: You can now sign in and renew your membership. If you have not received an email with instructions for creating your new online account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your current contact information.
Public Agency and Sustaining Members: If your company/agency pays your dues and has an appointed administrator, he/she will receive an email for your renewal. Otherwise, your agency/company will receive a dues renewal invoice in the mail. If your employer is no longer paying your dues, please email email@example.com with your current contact information.
IMSA expresses its sincere gratitude to Doug Aiken for his dedicated service to the Association. Doug served in many roles, including as a member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Executive Director, and Executive Director, and he led the Association through a period of tremendous growth and stability. We thank him for his outstanding and tireless service to IMSA and acknowledge that throughout his tenure, Doug at all times acted in the bests interests of the Association.
