The Alternate Representative assumes the IMSA Representative’s duties when the Representative is unavailable or otherwise incapacitated. The IMSA Representative is responsible for representing IMSA to other associations and government agencies that have similar interests. The IMSA representative speaks on behalf of the Association and its members and reports to the Board of Directors through the Executive Director.
Responsible for representing and leading the Auditing committee in assisting the International Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities with respect to the financial reporting process, the system of internal controls, and the audit/review process.

Responsible for leading the Awards Committee in assisting the Board President and the Executive Director with the selection of all IMSA award recipients.
Responsible for reviewing all award submissions and assisting with the selection of IMSA award recipients.
Responsible for representing and leading the committee in the review process for any amendments to the IMSA By-Laws and any recommendations made for actions to be taken by the International Board of Directors and Council of Delegates.
Executive Director
Responsible for assisting with the review process for any amendments to the IMSA By-Laws and any recommendations made for actions to be taken by the International Board of Directors and Council of Delegates.
Responsible for representing and leading the Canadian Certification Committee (CCC) in recommending subject content to the EAC for the development and revision of the IMSA training and/or certification courses.
Education and Certification Manager
Responsible for reviewing and recommending Canadian subject content to the EAC for the development and revision of IMSA training and/or certification courses. The Canadian Certification Committee focuses on seven primary technical areas: Work Zone, Traffic Signal, Signs and Markings, Roadway Lighting, Fire Alarm, Fiber Optics, ITS and Transportation Center.
Education and Certification Director
Responsible for assisting and supporting the Canadian Certification Chair in recommending subject content to the EAC for the development and revision of the IMSA training and/or certification courses.>/p>
Responsible for Chairing the Council of Delegates and representing the IMSA COD members on the international level.
Responsible for assisting and supporting the Council of Delegates Chair and representing the IMSA COD members on the international level.
The committee member will provide subject-matter expertise and editorial input to support the mission, quality and credibility of the organization’s magazine. The EAB serves in an advisory capacity; final editorial decisions rest with the organization’s editorial leadership.
Journal Managing Editor
Responsible for reviewing and recommending subject content for the development and revision of IMSA training and/or certification courses. Certification Manager
The committee member supports the evaluation and planning of the annual conference. Working in collaboration with staff, the committee ensures the event reflects the mission of the association and aligns with member needs.
The IMSA staff Executive Director and one board representative will serve on the committee. Additional staff, including members of the certification and education team, marketing, membership and volunteer services, will attend meetings as needed.
