The International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) Board of Directors has announced that Executive Director Catherine Wasner will step down effective Oct. 3.
“We deeply appreciate Catherine’s service and the progress made during her tenure,” said IMSA Board Chair Craig MacKenzie. “While we will miss her leadership, the board remains committed to ensuring a smooth transition.”
During her tenure, Wasner focused on strengthening relationships with the sections and industry partners, while advancing organizational programs aligned with the strategic plan.
“It has been an honor to serve as executive director of IMSA,” said Wasner. “I am proud of what we have accomplished together and deeply grateful to the board, staff and members for their support. I look forward to seeing IMSA continue to thrive.”
The board will announce an interim executive director soon and has engaged Sterling Martin Associates to conduct the search for permanent leadership.
