The International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) has named Heidi M. Cramb interim executive director effective Sept. 29. Cramb succeeds Executive Director Catherine Wasner, who has served since June 2024.
“Heidi has extensive experience in association management with a focus on certification, membership and marketing,” said Board President Craig MacKenzie. “Her ability to focus on short- and mid-term objectives while keeping an eye on the long-term vision is the type of leadership that is needed during this transition.”
As interim executive director, Cramb is responsible for managing staff operations at the Rockledge, FL headquarters, overseeing certification, membership and marketing programs, and implementing IMSA’s strategic goals.
“I am honored to serve as interim executive director,” Cramb said. “Throughout my career, I’ve worked to help membership-based associations not only grow but thrive in times of uncertainty. I look forward to working with the board, staff and members to strengthen the IMSA community and ensure its continued success.”
Cramb most recently served as executive director of the American Culinary Federation, where she led strategic vision and operations for the organization’s 14,000-plus members.
