The International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) Board of Directors announced that Heidi M. Cramb has been named executive director. Cramb has served as the interim executive director since Sept. 29.
“Heidi’s leadership and professionalism over the last month have more than proven that she is the right person for the job,” said Board President Craig MacKenzie. “The IMSA Board of Directors is confident in her ability to move the association forward.”
As executive director, Cramb will oversee staff operations at the Rockledge, FL headquarters, and lead the organization’s certification, membership and marketing programs. She will also be responsible for implementing IMSA’s strategic goals and continuing to strengthen its role as a leader in public safety.
“It is a privilege to lead IMSA into its next chapter,” Cramb said. “I look forward to collaborating with our dedicated members, volunteers and staff to continue advancing the mission of IMSA and achieving great things together.”
