The City of St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Traffic Systems Manager to lead critical transportation projects and oversee the operation of our traffic systems. Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to staff, engineers, administration, and consultants on traffic engineering related projects; provide quick responses to traffic related concerns to general public and administration; provide comprehensive traffic related reports and studies to administration and engineers for traffic related issues; coordinate traffic engineering related projects with local, state and federal agencies; collaborate with staff, managers, administration, engineers, consultants, and the general public and quickly respond to emergency traffic signal, roadway lighting or storm related situations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in traffic or transportation engineering, public works, or related field; minimum of 5 years of experience supervising traffic operations and valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license. License must be unrestricted except for corrective lenses
